Support for healing, integration, and inner transformation

Wherever you are, support is within reach. I offer psychotherapy, therapy intensives, and integration sessions online and in-person in Amman.

Psychotherapy Sessions

Psychotherapy offers a safe space to explore your inner world, understand the root causes of your pain, and work toward healing and transformation. Through weekly sessions, I support you to build trust with yourself, restore harmony and balance, and reconnect with your true self, creating lasting transformation and peace.

Therapy Intensives

Therapy intensives are extended sessions designed for focused work around specific challenges or transitions. This can include daily sessions in a concentrated time period, or a half-day or full day retreat style intensive. Therapy intensives are ideal if you’re craving clarity or need to shift patterns in a concentrated window.

Integration Sessions

I offer grounded support for people working with altered states of consciousness for healing, insight, or personal growth. Whether you’re preparing for a journey, navigating the aftermath, or looking to make meaning of a profound experience, I bring my training in psychedelic-assisted therapy and years of therapeutic experience to help you integrate with care.

My approach

A Collaborative Process Rooted in Compassion and Curiosity

I see therapy and integration as a collaborative relationship between the healer in you and the healer in me. I believe that both you and I have a pure essence—the Self—which gives us the foundation to explore healing together. I don’t hold the answers to your challenges or suffering. Instead, I bring compassion, curiosity, and space for you to bring healing to your own system.I work primarily through the Internal Family Systems model, which views your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours as parts of you, each with its own purpose. Rather than interpreting your past experiences, I invite you to engage in inner inquiry, guiding you in healing these parts. My goal is to empower you toward greater self-trust and harmony. I offer traditional weekly sessions, therapy intensives, and integration sessions to support you in your personal journey.

Guided Meditation

A Gentle Invitation to Bring Kindness to Every Part of You

Support that meets you where you are

Getting Started

Taking a step toward inner work is powerful. I’m here to make sure you feel supported and grounded. Whether you're looking for ongoing therapy, a deep dive, or support after working with altered states of consciousness, I'll meet you where you are.Ongoing Therapy
If you're seeking consistent support, we can work together in weekly sessions. This steady rhythm gives us space to build trust, explore your inner landscape, and integrate what comes up over time.
Therapy Intensives
For those who want to dive deeper into their work, intensive sessions offer a concentrated approach. Whether you need to address a specific challenge or make faster progress, intensives allow us to focus deeply without the usual pace of weekly sessions. Learn more about intensives here.
Integration Sessions
If you’ve been working with altered states—through breathwork, ceremonies, or expanded states of consciousness—I offer integration sessions to help you make meaning of your experiences, gently ground insights, and weave them into daily life. These sessions are trauma-informed, spiritually respectful, and tailored to your process.
We’ll begin with a consultation to discuss what you're looking for and what feels most aligned right now. Whether you’re called to steady support, immersive work, or integration, we’ll explore the best fit together. There's no pressure, just a space to explore what works for you.

Your Questions, Answered

What to Know Before You Get Started

Do I need to commit to multiple sessions?
No, there’s no long-term commitment required. You can start with one session and see how it feels. Some people find even a few sessions helpful, while others prefer ongoing support. Therapy intensives are designed as stand-alone deep dives, and integration sessions often involve just a few meetings to help process and ground insights from altered states experiences. We’ll discuss your needs together and find the rhythm that works best for you—whether that’s one session or many.
What if I'm not sure therapy is for me?
That’s completely okay. Therapy is a space to explore—not a commitment to change before you’re ready. If you’re unsure, you can start with a single session or a brief consultation to see if it feels right for you.
How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?
The best therapy happens when you feel safe, understood, and supported. If you’re curious about working together, I encourage you to book a session or a short consultation to see if it’s a good fit. If I’m not the right person for you, I’m happy to help you find someone who is.
How do I choose between weekly therapy and a therapy intensive?
It depends on what you’re looking for and how you like to work. Weekly therapy is great if you want steady support, time to process between sessions, and a space to work through challenges as they come up. Therapy intensives are ideal if you want to go deep in a short period of time, focus on a specific issue, or prefer an immersive experience instead of weekly sessions.
If you're not sure which is right for you, we can chat about your needs and find the best fit.
What is Internal Family Systems?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach that sees the mind as made up of different “parts,” each with its own feelings, beliefs, and roles. Some parts may carry pain or protect you from it, while others help you function day to day. At the core, though, everyone has a wise, compassionate Self that can bring healing.
IFS helps you understand and work with your parts rather than fighting against them. It’s a gentle, non-pathologizing way to process difficult emotions, heal past wounds, and create more inner harmony.Didn’t find what you were looking for? Send me an email and I’d be happy to help.
